Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) Wellington-Guelph is celebrating the success of this year’s Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign in Erin, which raised $8,446 in support of the YWHO Wellington-Guelph Main Place Erin Hub.

From April 27 to May 3, community members showed their generosity by purchasing Smile Cookies at the Erin Tim Hortons restaurant. Through this annual campaign, 100 per cent of proceeds from every Smile Cookie sold are donated to local charities and community organizations across Canada.

Funds raised in Erin directly benefit Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Wellington-Guelph, helping to support youth aged 12 to 25 in the community. The Erin Hub, part of YWHO WG, provides an integrated “one-stop” space where young people can access a range of services, including mental health support, primary care, education, employment assistance, and social services.

“We’re incredibly grateful to the Erin Tim Hortons team and the entire community for their support,” said Executive Director Jeff Hoffman. “This campaign demonstrates what’s possible when a community comes together to invest in young people. These funds will help ensure youth have access to the care and resources they need to thrive.”

The Smile Cookie campaign highlights the power of local partnerships and collective action. By supporting YWHO Wellington-Guelph, community members are helping create a welcoming, youth-friendly space where young people can feel supported, connected, and hopeful about their futures.

Great article. I always appreciate simple digital tools that improve productivity. An instagram reel downloader  has become one of those tools for me because it helps me keep useful content in one place.

Amazing to see the Erin community come together to raise $8,446 for local youth support. Tools like Umi OCR, a free private browser-based OCR tool for extracting text from images and scanned PDFs, can also help make information more accessible.
