Shelldale Family Gateway
Shelldale Family Gateway is a satellite hub for Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Wellington-Guelph (YWHO-WG).
This site is focused on bringing services directly into a trusted community space—removing the need for youth to travel or navigate unfamiliar systems to get help.
Team Members from YWHO-WG are embedded in Shelldale programming, building relationships and identifying when additional support may be needed.
What this means for youth:
