Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Allyship, and Indigenous Reconciliation

Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Wellington-Guelph aims to be a safe and welcoming place for all youth. To achieve this, we reached out to our communities to create a working group, in order to understand the various lived experiences and diverse needs that exist within our communities. The result was the development of the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigenous Reconciliation (EDIIR) Framework. YWHO Wellington-Guelph has begun to adopt and implement this framework at all its sites. Doing so will foster a sense of belonging amongst individuals within our communities and have lasting positive effects on the mental health of our youth.

Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Welligton-Guelph has created an equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous reconciliation (EDIIR) framework, which is being implemented at all hub sites.
