Branding Transition
What began in the fall of 2017 as an Integrated Youth Services initiative has grown into a comprehensive, trusted network supporting youth and families across Guelph and Wellington County. Built on the vision of a system where health and social services work side by side and where young people can “walk through one door” to find the support they need this initiative has evolved into The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs, and now Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) – Wellington Guelph.


Eating Disorders Awareness Week: Why Access to Care Matters
Eating disorders are serious but treatable mental illnesses. In Canada, more than 1.7 million people experience an eating disorder at any given time, including an estimated 1.4 million youth. Despite how common these conditions are, only about 25% of young people receive the care and support they need. Across Canada, eating disorders continue to be significantly undertreated. Research shows major gaps in access to specialized services, especially outside major urban centres.


Youth Supports During Exam Season
As winter sets in and exam season intensifies, The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Wellington Guelph is reminding young people across Guelph and Wellington County that they are not alone. The winter months can be especially challenging for youth, with shorter days, colder weather, and increased academic pressure. The Grove is here to help, offering a safe, inclusive space where young people ages 12–26 can access free supports to help them manage stress, stay connected, and
