We are excited to once again partner with Headfirst on their mental health awareness merchandise fundraiser in support of Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Wellington-Guelph. What began in the fall of 2017 as an Integrated Youth Services initiative has grown into a comprehensive, trusted network supporting youth and families across Guelph and Wellington County. Built on the vision of a system where health and social services work side by side and where young people can “walk through one door” to find the support they need this initiative has evolved into The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs, and now Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) – Wellington Guelph.
