Join us for our first visit to The Everton Academy of Culinary Arts. We will be hosted by award winning chef, Dale McCarthy, who will provide practical hands-on cooking lessons.

About the event
The Everton Academy of Culinary Arts is run by Dale McCarthy and is a small culinary school that offers a variety of cooking courses students can attend. Some topics may include bread baking, how to make pastries, the proper way to cut and cook vegetables, and how to sauté meat. Those attending the class will be given personal attention by the instructor to ensure that they fully master the techniques taught. Everton Academy of Culinary Arts also uses mirrors in the kitchen allowing students to fully see all aspects of what the instructor is doing.
